01 · Namma Ashram

Making the idea of an Ashram contemporary, desirable and urban.
An urban sanctuary in Whitefield, Bengaluru, built around mindfulness and peace. Soulful vegetarian food, nature, wellness, art, pottery and cultural gatherings create one place with many reasons to return.

The concept
One place. Many reasons to come back.
The café is the commercially repeatable core. The programming builds the relationship. Food, wellness, culture, creativity and stay create multiple occasions around the same property and community — a destination designed for meaningful time, not a single transaction.
The café & garden
100% vegetarian, soulful home-style food cooked fresh to order. All-day breakfast, mindful plates and bowls, and nature blends make the everyday visit approachable.
Wellness & creative practice
Yoga, breathwork and sound healing sit alongside pottery, art and cultural programming. The skylit AANGAN hall and open-air MALANG lawn provide distinct settings for workshops and gatherings.
Gatherings & stay
Music nights, celebrations and community events give people new reasons to return. Two boutique rooms — Krshna and Radha — extend the experience into a stay.
Community beyond the visit
Namma Circle, interest-led clubs, a seed library and an art gallery connect people beyond the café table. Membership and programming are part of the relationship, not simply add-ons.
Why the model matters
Distinctive by thought.
Disciplined by design.
Relationship depth
Repeat visits, referrals and organic discovery can reduce dependence on paid acquisition and strengthen customer lifetime value.
Revenue density
The growth thesis is more occasions from the same destination, rather than relying only on more café covers. Wellness, memberships, gatherings and creative programming broaden the revenue mix.
A repeatable next generation
First-site learnings inform technical diligence, kitchen infrastructure and preventive maintenance before new sites open. Home-market density comes before geographic breadth.
